RNT ED: Compulsory or not?
From now on, the ED must include a non-technical summary, in the same way as the EI (article D. 181-15-1 III of Code de l’environnement ). The NTS explains the probability, kinetics and effect zones of potential accidents. It must include a map of significant risk zones.
