Depending on the extent of the hazards presented by the facility, the document may be no more than a few pages long. It is a summary.

Even if they concern an equivalent activity, avoid copying and pasting. In fact, the risks taken into account can be quite different, since they depend entirely on the general context in which the plant is located.
