The document must show :
a brief presentation of the establishment concerned (operator), its activities, its products (raw materials and finished products) and its installations (in particular those covered by ICPE headings);
a brief presentation of the site's environment, focusing on third parties, high-risk establishments and sensitive areas such as schools, public buildings, hospitals, etc. ;
a description of the interests to be protected (e.g. the population, drinking water catchments, etc.);
a description of external risks considered significant in relation to this environment, such as explosion or toxic release risks identified for a nearby establishment, or those presented in PPRT or PPRT (plan de prévention des risques technologiques...
