Once the rules have been established, you need to inform all those concerned. For this step, use your "situation/corrective action matrix" as an information tool.

It should then be formalized in an internal instruction brought to the attention of all employees.

To be applicable, these sanctions must be gradual and formalized in the internal regulations.
