1. Identify situations that may give rise to sanctions

To help you manage your staff, imagine the situations you might encounter. For example:

  • You notice that an employee is not wearing gloves, even though this is stipulated in the operating instructions.

  • You notice that PPE is not being used correctly.

  • You notice that a PPE item is in poor condition.

  • You are informed that an employee is refusing to wear PPE.

Based on these situations, you'll build your own internal reference framework, using a variety of scenarios. For example:

  • Situation 1: It's an oversight, an oversight, it's the first time.

  • Situation 2: it's voluntary, habitual, the employee has got into the habit of not...
