2. Establish an internal sanctions grid

You'll continue to create the rules of the game and, for each identified scenario or scenario family, you'll provide a type of corrective action. These could be:

  • Corrective action 1: Oral reminder of safety instructions and penalties.

  • Corrective action 2: warning.

  • Corrective action 3: layoff, work stoppage.

  • Corrective action 4: dismissal.

In this way, you will create an internal repository of corrective situations/actions specific to your site. Your situation/corrective action matrix could look like this:
