1. What data do you need to establish your inventory obligations?

You should list all your stocks of substances, whether on their own or in mixtures, giving the following information:

  • their main identification numbers (e.g. CAS No., EC No. [ELINCS or EINECS], chemical and/or trade name);

  • the origin of the substances: substance purchased outside the EEA (imported substance), substance manufactured by your legal entity or substance purchased in the EEA;

  • manufacturing tonnage in recent years for stored substances that are or have been manufactured by your legal entity;

  • import tonnage in recent years for stored substances that are or have been imported by your legal entity.
