2. What kind of work is prohibited, and what kind is exempt (regulated work)?

It is forbidden to assign young people to work involving the preparation, use, handling or exposure to the following hazardous chemical agents:

• any chemical agent that meets the classification criteria of the CLP regulation (EC regulation no. 1272/2008), (see Understanding the principles of the CLP regulation [FIC 0158] );

• any chemical agent which, although not meeting the CLP classification criteria, may present a risk because of its physico-chemical, chemical or toxicological properties and...
