3. Make employees aware of the benefits of working together to wear PPE
When training employees to wear PPE, you need to explain the importance of working together, firstly for their own safety and that of their colleagues, and secondly to avoid conflict situations or penalties that could result from non-compliance with obligations.
The preceding steps show that, whether on the employer's or employee's side, we are all responsible for the effective wearing of PPE, and that failure to comply with any of these obligations may result in sanctions, or even civil or criminal proceedings.
