3. Changes to classification and labelling regulations for SDS format: what to do and when?

Since the introduction of the REACh and CLP regulations, there have been several deadlines for determining the format of the SDS (see REACH: understanding the main principles and procedures [FIC 0121] ). To date, two major dates stand out:

  • Since 1 er June 2015, all new SDSs must be edited according to the content of REACh Annex II modified by Regulation 2015/830 of May 28, 2015 and must present the classification and labeling elements according to Règlement CLP .
