4. What should I bear in mind when updating my MSDS?
Updating an SDS is a global process that involves updating your technical knowledge of your mixture. It also enables you to maintain a link with your customers. The distribution of a new version of an MSDS can thus be an opportunity to strengthen commercial ties.
REACh is the cornerstone of the regulations governing SDSs. However, other texts refer to it, and these may be the source of regulatory actions that need to be carried out in parallel.
Below is a non-exhaustive list of items to bear in mind when modifying an SDS:
indicate the version number and revision date in the header of the new MSDS;
