3. What format for your MSDS?

Since the introduction of the REACH and CLP regulations, there have been several deadlines for determining the format of the SDS (see REACH: understanding the main principles and procedures [FIC 0121] ). To date, there is only one date to remember: December 31, 2022.

All SDSs must follow the format of Annex II of règlement (UE) 2020/878 .
