6.1 Stay ahead of changes to harmonized classifications to stay on top of your regulatory obligations

The information available on the ECHA website allows you to identify substances for which the adoption or modification of a harmonized classification is possible or likely, based on ongoing discussions. Certain classifications—particularly those for CMRs—can have significant regulatory implications, such as the requirement to substitute CMRs in the workplace. This information is therefore essential for preparing to adapt your products and practices.
