3. What are the requirements for harmonized substances?

Your substance is harmonized.

  • If the substance is a biocidal active substance (as defined in règlement 528/2012 or a plant protection product (as defined in règlement 1107/2009 , its classification is fully harmonized (Article 36-2 of CLP). You must apply all classifications and labeling elements listed in Annex VI of the CLP. Only the precautionary statements (P-phrases) for CLP labeling need to be completed based on the identified hazards.
