9. Monitor the implementation of risk reduction measures and their results

It is important for the group formed for the FMECA to monitor, or at least receive feedback on, the implementation of risk reduction measures. In particular, the group may be asked to :

• justify and defend these measures;

• review measures that are difficult to implement or ineffective ;

• participate in the analysis of the results of the FMEA validation plan;

• update the FMECA following any events, failures or incidents identified during use, product modifications, extension or modification of conditions of use, etc., which may call into question the initial FMECA.
