The FMECA must be carried out using a table which groups together, for each failure under consideration, its description, its causes and potential effects, the assessment of its initial criticality, the treatment measures, the assessment of its criticality after application of these measures, and the action plan for applying them (see FMECA Table (Tool FMECA table )).
