3. How to conduct the closing meeting?

Start the closing meeting by expressing your appreciation of the conditions in which the audit took place: thank everyone for their availability and the quality of the discussions; specify whether you were able to develop the audit plan and address the various themes.

Recall the objectives, scope and criteria of the audit, then present the audit's findings on :

  • the level of compliance, strengths and effectiveness of the management system;

  • effective improvement of the management system.
