2. Collect input data

To obtain the most accurate analysis possible, we need a certain amount of data. This data can be systematically collected for each study carried out within the company.

These data are broken down into :

  • product plan ;

  • manufacturing synoptic or routing ;

  • operating specifications ;

  • Product FMECA (this is the FMECA that comes before the Process FMECA) ;

  • manufacturing history (if available) ;

  • customer quality performance, including feedback (again, if available) ;

  • any element deemed useful...
