9. Our advice

9.1 Discipline yourself

In this activity, you must first be rigorous about the semantics and vocabulary used (e.g. avoid the word "bad" as it is too vague).

If the product Gravity x Occurrence x Detection (GxOxD) is below your threshold, you must also mention "no action required" in the corrective action section. In the opposite case, this failure would result in a comment during a certification audit (if your quality management system is certified).

For data collection (step 1), you can also draw up a checklist to ensure the completeness of the data required for the next step.

Last but not least, you must keep to the set length of your meetings, and only exceed them by a few minutes if the situation requires...
