3. Determine the implementation methods

To implement the audit, as specified in ISO 19011, you also need to determine the audit scope and criteria. For each type of audit, the fields and criteria are of a different nature.

3.1 Audit scope

Thinking about the scope of the audit is not trivial. It enables you to define the scope of the audit in relation to your objectives. It also enables you to target the audit according to the problems encountered, your context, and past or future events.
