 INTRODUCTION

The environmental analysis is a record that provides the most exhaustive possible inventory of actual and potential environmental impacts associated with the organization's activities, products and services within the scope of the EMS environmental management system. This record must be kept up to date.

This dossier is a guide for companies who need to carry out an environmental analysis of their site. It covers all the points that need to be addressed. For each of them, it suggests a few questions to ask yourself, so that you can then use this document to define a relevant environmental management program.

It is important to note that not all questions need to be answered. For example, if you don't know whether there is a water table at the site, simply indicate this. If knowledge of this element appears necessary to determine the significance of one of the environmental aspects (AE), the answer to this question will be included in the site's environmental program.
