4. Our advice

4.1 Take care of the after-session

The after-session should not be neglected. If you haven't had time to deal with everything, you may need to do another in-depth session, which should not exceed 2 hours.

Make the report:

  • clean the cards;

  • go back over the list of ideas, organize them by theme and take up what you didn't have time to do during the session.

Hand over this report to the requester; your job as brainstorming facilitator is done.
