2. Preparing the brainstorming session

Start by drawing up an objective sheet, with the help, if necessary, of the person behind the request. If you don't have the opportunity to go through the whole process (cf. the impregnation stage in How to define a subject in a way that stimulates creativity? [FIC 0278] ), gather at least the following information:

• stating the objective: this is the opening question of the brainstorming session; it should be formulated in such a way as to elicit ideas in response, for example: "How can we do...?
