3. Organizing and implementing the session
The material conditions are very important: provide a well-lit room, large enough for people to move around in, equipped with one or two flipcharts, with the possibility of displaying sheets of paper. Tables are not essential; you can arrange chairs in a semicircle around the board. Don't forget your equipment: check paper refills, bring felt-tip pens in different colors, tape, white paper, Post-it ® , etc.
3.1 Duration
Allow at least 1 h 30, and more reasonably 2 hours; ideally, you should devote a morning or afternoon to the session.
