5. Mistakes to avoid
Get to the bottom of the ideas and don't stick to generalities, "wishful thinking" or words; for brainstorming to be effective, you need to be concrete.
Don't step out of your role as facilitator, by talking too much, not letting participants express themselves, directing them towards the ideas that inspire you, censoring their ideas, commenting on them, and so on. You must remain neutral, as a facilitator.
Enforce the rules of creativity: here, on the contrary, you need to be very firm and not allow the slightest censorship.
