2. Present the principle to employees

Once the table is in place, give a presentation of the method to all employees in the sector.

You will be able to position participative improvement as a means of implementing QMS improvement (see Explaining the implementation of improvement [FIC 0371] ).

Each employee can suggest an idea for improvement concerning :

  • workstation organization: quality, safety, hygiene, etc. ;

  • organization in its sector: storage facilities, parts flow, etc. ;
