10.1 Don't rely on hunches

The intuitive estimation of stakes, benefits, risks and probabilities is highly subjective and strongly influenced by personalities and emotions. It is highly personal.

In addition to being unreliable, a risk-opportunity approach based on intuitive, let alone individual, assessments is very difficult to apply in an organization involving collective membership. Prefer a rating based on objective criteria.
