2. How to conduct the opening meeting?

How you conduct the opening meeting will depend on the level of formalism you have chosen. For this, it's a good idea to remember the objectives of the opening meeting (ISO19011: 2011- Guidelines for auditing management systems):

a) confirm the agreement of all parties (e.g. auditee, audit team) to the audit plan;

b) introduce the audit team;

c) ensure that all planned activities can be carried out.
