3. Use functional specifications (CdCF) to express needs

Functional specifications (NF EN 16271), by virtue of their functional nature, flexibility and the means used to draw them up, guide research that combines technology with the product's economic constraints. The CdCF encourages a multi-disciplinary approach by initiating a dialogue between all stakeholders. This standard structures the project in two important phases, namely the definition of the need on the one hand, and the chosen response on the other.

  • the functional expression of needs approach ;

  • functional specifications ;
