Design reviews and project reviews: preparing and conducting them

Design reviews and/or project reviews are meetings between the project manager, the project team, the project's decision-makers or sponsors, and even customers, users and end-users. They provide an opportunity to ratify the results obtained, confirm or modify objectives, and make decisions on the project's future. They can't be improvised.
