4.1 Step by step

The temptation is great, for reasons of apparent time-saving, to undertake BPMN modeling directly, with all its details.

Experience shows that it is preferable, for reasons of both consistency and operationality, to follow a step-by-step method, such as the one indicated in this sheet, in order to build a structured tree structure of processes, which is easier to execute and maintain as the process architecture evolves and the need for improvements arises in the field.
