2. Compose the audit team

For a given audit, you'll be able to put together an audit team based on the qualified auditors you have available and the characteristics of the audit. The composition of an audit team depends on the following main parameters.

• Standards involved and auditor qualifications: if several standards are involved in a single audit, your auditors may not be qualified for all of them.
