5. Mistakes to avoid

5.1 Don't underestimate the impact of your project on biodiversity

When you prepare your application to open an ICPE, it is your responsibility to identify the existence of a site that is sensitive in terms of biodiversity, to analyze the impact of your project on this site, and to propose serious compensatory measures.

In the event of a contentious appeal, the administrative judge will check the quality of your assessment.
