4.1 Define responsibilities and intervals

Regulations are constantly evolving, with more and more texts being published and coming into force according to a specific timetable. It is therefore important to assign responsibility for monitoring compliance with the prefectoral decree to a dedicated person. This responsibility can be combined with that of keeping a regulatory watch. Periodic checks on compliance with the prefectoral decree (and therefore with the applicable regulations) should therefore be planned.
