7. Our advice
7.1 Be vigilant when inventorying your facility's activities and products
To determine whether your plant is classified under the regulations governing environmentally classified facilities, you need to carry out, or have carried out, an exhaustive inventory of all the activities and products used on your site.
If you're not careful, you run the risk of overlooking an activity or material that you won't be able to use legally. You may also be mistaken about your establishment's classification system. In both cases, you'll find yourself in an illegal situation that could be sanctioned by the authorities, or by the courts in the event of a dispute.
