4.1 Joint high and low threshold obligations

Operators of Seveso high- or low-threshold facilities must produce :

  • a hazard study (every 5 years for SH, without periodicity for SB);

  • hazardous substances inventory (every 4 years);

  • major accident prevention policy (every 5 years).
