Performance review: planning for possible follow-up

Your operating report ( BF ) has been sent to the Classified Installations Inspectorate.

• What will be examined?

• What will be the follow-up to this review?

Analysis of the operating report should enable us to answer one question: does the prefectoral decree need to be updated? Clearly, there are two possibilities to be considered when examining your ten-year report:

• or no further action is envisaged, in which case there will be no change in operating conditions and therefore no amendment to your prefectoral decree (AP);

• or it will be necessary to update your operating requirements, and therefore amend your prefectoral decree.
