Regulatory requirements and technical specifications for classified installations subject to registration are recent and will evolve like all other environmental requirements. It is essential to organize a regulatory watch within the company, to enable you to keep the regulatory and technical compendium up to date. This watch should not stop at a list of applicable texts, but identify newly applicable regulatory requirements. It enables you to regularly check the regulatory and technical compliance of your installations, in order to take into account the latest regulatory developments, and to verify that the compliances identified during previous assessment campaigns are still valid.
