3. Our advice

3.1 If necessary, contact your ICPE Inspector and/or the Administration department more specifically responsible for the subject that concerns you.

If you feel that some of the requirements are not appropriate or are too restrictive, contact your ICPE inspector and/or the government department more specifically responsible for your area of concern (DREAL, ARS, DDSIS, etc.) to :

  • inform them of your wish to modify certain proposed prescriptions by explaining your problem;

  • ask for their opinion and advice (even if it's not their job to solve the problem for you).
