4. Mistakes to avoid

4.1 Don't confuse company directors with ICPE operators

A company director is not necessarily the operator of the ICPE designated by the authorization order, registration order or declaration receipt. For example, the operator may be a commercial company, while the company director is a natural person. In the event of a malfunction, the authorities always contact the operator.
