6. Mistakes to avoid
6.1 Do not obstruct the inspection of classified installations
Classified facilities subject to authorization are subject to inspection by the Classified Facilities Inspectorate. The inspector is not obliged to obtain the consent of the operator during a visit. Obstructing inspectors in the performance of their duties is an offence punishable by one year's imprisonment and a fine of 15,000 euros.
