5.1 Regularly check that your installations are compatible with urban planning documents, environmental plans and schemes.

It is essential to organize a regulatory watch within the company, to ensure that you are regularly monitoring the regulatory and technical compliance of your installation subject to authorization, to take account of the latest regulatory developments, and to check that the compliances identified during previous assessment campaigns are still valid.
