4. Our advice

4.1 Be cooperative during the inspection visit

You need to explain yourself calmly and constructively. You need to adopt an open, positive attitude, and in particular make available to the inspector all documents relating to the operation of your business under the ICPE regime. The general aim is to provide all the resources needed for the inspection, and to demonstrate your good faith. This attitude can help you stall and avoid the automatic application of sanctions.
