6.1 Improve your crisis plan with experience feedback

Crisis management is often short-lived. It must be followed by a reflection on the reasons that may have provoked such a situation, on any weaknesses or shortcomings in the operation as a whole, and on the measures to be taken or implemented to prevent the recurrence of similar crises or, if they do occur, to intervene as effectively as possible. So, after each exercise or a real crisis, a review of the crisis plan should be envisaged, with possible modifications to your manual.
