4.1 Use the standard by-laws when preparing your declaration file

This will enable you to review the requirements and respond to them in the file (upstream assessment prior to official receipt, with D receipt, of the prescriptions). Please note that the prefect may request additional requirements depending on the context and risks associated with your installations.
