Sector by-laws: reading and understanding

Unlike arrêté intégré du 2 février 1998 , which has a general scope covering the operating conditions of most of the 400 headings of the nomenclature for which an authorization system exists, certain texts called "sectoral decrees" go against this notion of general scope and will regulate particular activities characterized by very specific environmental impacts and issues.

The aim of this data sheet is to present these activities and the associated sectoral decrees, as well as their content and links with the prefectoral operating authorization decree.
