6.1 Don't underestimate a resident's complaint
Whatever your situation (unclassified or classified facility), a complaint from a neighbor expresses a negative feeling. As soon as you become aware of the complaint, we recommend that you enter into a dialogue with the relevant administrative authority to try and find an amicable technical solution. If you fail to do so, you run the risk of embarking on a contentious procedure involving the drafting of an official report and criminal prosecution.
