3. Identify your obligations according to your ICPE regime

3.1 Case n° 1: your plant is classified under the declaration regime (D)

Odor control requirements are set out in the ministerial decree or standard decree applicable to your facility and appended to the receipt issued to you at the time of declaration.

For example, article 6-2 of the arrêté du 19 novembre 2009 relating to the general requirements applicable to classified installations subject to declaration under heading no. 1136 (use and storage of ammonia): "Without prejudice to the provisions of the Labor Code, installations and warehouses...
