5. Our advice

5.1 Study odour problems carefully

If the procedure for opening your plant requires you to draw up an impact study (ICPE subject to authorization), we recommend that you take a serious look at the odor issue, if this is a significant impact of your project. In the event of a dispute, the judge will check the content of the impact study in detail. This control can lead to the annulment of an authorization issued on the basis of an impact study considered insufficient.
