4. Our advice

4.1 Create heterogeneous work groups

The success and relevance of the analysis depend on the constitution of a heterogeneous working group, representative of all the functions concerned by the scope of the analysis (sales department, design office, methods, industrialization, production, purchasing, quality, etc.).

What's more, the actions decided following the analysis may concern each of these functions, so it's all the more important that they should have been involved in defining the action plans they will have to implement.
